i've just cancelled my DMP and going to see CAB in the morning. insolvency people rang me and recommend i go bankrupt but go through the CAB. friday i'll be opening a new account and moving direct debits over in preparation. then it's just a case of fighting off creditors until i raise the fees for the courts
