I pay £110 every four weeks into BAYE scheme....obviously this is tax and NI exempt and goes directly from my wages...however, when I sell these shares....they are subject to TAX and NI if done within 5 years...is there anyway to avoid this?....I was thinking an ISA or Shares ISA??
