Recently become pensioner
I was made redundant at end of 2007 and because I was over 50 I also took early retirement. I am trying to work out how much Tax I can reclaim as I was hit heavily for PAYE in my last (December) paycheck. My question as a new pensioner is this, can I expect a P60 form from my pension provider ?

Rental income - interest on mortgage
Do you need to provide proof of your mortgage interest payments in your tax return or do you just put the value in. If you put the value in will the revenue then ask you to send in all your mortgage statements or will they trust what you put?

Hi, I'm checking in to if I can get my house rebanded. I'm in a higher band than my neighbours but when the original banding was done we were in the process of building an extension.
