Reduce credit card interest rate
I have a Vanquis credit with a high interest rate and wondered if you are able to get a lower rate of interest. I've had it for over 2 years and have used it regularly. Every bill time I have paid the bill in full and have never missed a payment. Any advice would be great.

CC Limits?
Hi MSE Tough to answer I know, but using the soft search tool, pretty much every 0% purchase cc is coming up with a 80 or 90% chance of acceptance for myself so should be ok on that side of things. (Basically, a perfect credit rating, mortgages, contract phones, 1 loan previously which has been paid off circa 2 years ago,…

Should I reduce credit limits on my existing cards before applying for a new card?
Hi All, I have two credit cards, each with limits of approx. £6k. One I use for every day spending, and pay in full each month, the other was used for a balance transfer which is now fully repaid. MBNA £50 charge plus extras?
First of all, I would like to emphasize, I am not upset about this charge, I actually did this knowingly just to "test" the card. So this is not a ranting post but I'm only posting this to verify it with you. Okay, so I have an American Airlines card with MBNA. I decided I wanted to test it and deposit £1,000 with Bet365.…

Close Credit Card?
I have had a Post Office Credit Card for around 5-6 months or so. The Post Office card has a long 0% Balance Transfer deal - hence it had…
