Clarity Question
I've been accepted for the Clarity card -- but with a 21.9% APR. Is there any way to get this lowered? Furthermore, I was planning on using this for trips abroad, etc. (i.e. paying in stores, withdrawing cash...). Will I be charged 21.9% on whatever I withdraw, or is there a different rate for that? Thanks.
