HSBC shortening my monthly payment date
Just wanted to know if HSBC can do this. I agreed a 24.9% APR reduction on the provisio i closed by credit card account. My payment date was always 23rd-25th of the month. Any idea where I can find the rules that state that credit card companies are not allowed to increase their interest rate in the first year and that you can refuse a rate increase as long as you do not continue to spend on the account? Many thanks
