Question around credit card applications. I want to apply next week for a Santander card by going into my branch. I've had my current account with Abbey/Santander for 15 years. We know she's prone to I.D fraud now. The bank…

There is literally no one to speak to in this particular area, with no…

Credit Report doesn't show Credit Card or Current Account
Hi everyone, I received a copy of my credit repoort today from Experian. There is no mention of my HSBC credit card (on which I have a balance of £3k and a limit of £9k) nor my current account which has an agreed over draft of £1,250.00. Is it normal that they aren't shown? I expected them to be. I've had both accounts for…

Santander Zero fees for foreign currency transactions
November statement arrived today and every foreign currency transaction, except the latest had attracted a fee. OH telephoned and was told there had been a computer error, and the mistaken fees had been re-credited on the 19th, one day after the statement date. I don't know if this mistake is unique to us. Time will tell.
