New Capitol One Card - 29.9% APR?
I'm confused! following Martins article a couple of weeks before Christmas I applied for a Capital One Card, I've got it but it says the APR is 29.9%, is the APR a different thing to the Interest Rate which should be 6.9%?, advice appreciated, thanks!

Best "freebies" on credit cards
At the moment I have a Tesco credit card and I use the points that I get to obtain magazine subscriptions. Are there any other credit cards that offer better "freebies" than that? I tend to pay my credit card off when the statement comes in, so I don't owe anything on my card. Thanks Alison

Citibank close geographical number
