Labelling something as dispatched when it hasn't been
Is it illegal to mark an item as dispatched when it actually hasn't been sent at all? I was told it might be illegal or against trading standards but couldn't find anything googling. The retailer is zavvi and they've done it several times to me now.

retailer in administration, can I get a refund through Paypal?
I ordered online with Austin Reed before 26 April 2016 and paid by Paypal. Paypal took the payment from my linked credit card, an Amex as there was no Paypal balance to pay with. The order comprised 2 items each costing over £100. Does s75 apply to this transaction as the items don't fit and I would prefer a refund rather…

Missing return
I bought 7 items from Ted Baker online when they had 20% off, and sent 4 of them back. They have only refunded me for 2 of them, saying I only sent 2 back. When I've received quotes…
