Missing return

I bought 7 items from Ted Baker online when they had 20% off, and sent 4 of them back. They have only refunded me for 2 of them, saying I only sent 2 back. I know I sent all four back as I carefully counted them into the box (I always double check things before I send them back) and I ticked them off on the returns form. The box was properly sealed.
Do I have any rights if they refuse to refund for the other two items? I feel completely stuck, I can't prove I put them in the box. Should I contact Head Office?
