When is a dupe not a dupe?

from a rather nervous sounding woman from what I think was a Windows & Blinds company saying that I am the "runner-up" of a prize (of which the main prize was tickets to the Hampton Court Flower Show) and my prize is... ... a set of their brochures. Need some advice with referrer control
I`ve just recently started using Referrer control on Chrome but unsure if im using right settings. Currently i have it set to Custom `[TARGET_HOST]` would this be the right setting for making them think i come from `their site`. Sorry for the Nooby question, but if you dont ask you`ll never know :D

Just wondered what other winners experiences have been with them? I won a prize and was told to expect to be contacted within a certain time frame for my details about delivery, and if I didn't hear anything then to contact them.
