advice about a Goodreads no show?

Won a book with them in early June. However I still haven't received it. They said if I didn't receive it in 4 weeks then I was to mark it as not received on their winners page, which I did. When I heard nothing I emailed them, I also emailed the author of the book, who did initially get in touch straight after I'd won the book asking if I wanted a physical copy or e-book (i replied saying i would like a physical copy), but now i haven't heard anything from anyone. Goodreads are a great site, i have won a few books with them in the past with no problems. So wonder what i should do next...any suggestions? Cheers

i had this problem and i contacted Goodreads direct and they sorted it out. they were lovely too.

got a reply from a nice lady from Goodreads today, she said she will get in touch with the author on my behalf, it may be a few weeks before I hear anything but she will let me know as soon as she hears back.

I;ve had books take 8-10 weeks to get to me, especially if they come from America. They'll all turn up eventually xx

oh right, thank you, still plenty of time for this one to arrive then...hope Goodreads and the Author didn't think i was being a little hasty and impatient i think i just got a little worried as i've won a few times on Goodreads and the books have always arrived superfast...as in days. Well, it's something to look forward to
