Anyone else having issues / slow loading with MSE?

I don't have any examples, but I keep seeing comps on FB ending early with the owners saying something along the lines of Closing it early and won't be doing any more as some fb pages have been closed down due to new rules for running comps It seems this time FB are actually doing something about the like and share comps :O
