Missing Payment- What should I do
Hello all, We paid £750 into Natwest on the 29th Dec, the payment has never arrived in the recipients account, we only have a photocopy of the receipt not the original but they have asked him to provide the original receipt for it What are our next steps? Obviously we are not talking about £10 here - £750 is a lot of money!
