RBS iPhone App - Payments Bug

I have the RBS iPhone App and they recently added the feature to pay bills and transfer money providing you have the payee already set up.
I have a Halifax credit card and an Aqua credit card. The Aqua card is administrated by Halifax, and so the payments to both credit cards both go to the same Halifax collection account number and sort code.
I have them both set up as payees in my RBS online banking with the correct reference numbers. I can make payments to either with no problems.
The problem what I have found is if I pay the Aqua card via the RBS iPhone app, it pays the Halifax card instead. I don't find this out until the next day when my statement is updated.
First time it happened I thought it was my error but it has happened twice now.
