I'm a student and moving in to a new flat in a couple of weeks, so obviously I'm looking around for the best broadband deal. According to the advice on broadband, O2 will offer discounted prices for existing mobile customers, I am not on O2 currently but I was wondering would this still apply if I got a sim card (maybe a…

Enquiring about cancelling your AOL account can pay
I have been an AOL customer since 2003. I have tried canceling on numerous occasions, but each time I've tried they have given me a better deal. I recently thought I might switch to Sky as I would be paying about as much for broadband, unlimited national phone calls, plus Sky TV, as I am paying for my broadband and phone…

O2 do 20mb for £10/month which is great, but i don't have a BT line and don't really…

Mobile Broadband while Roaming - will I get a UK IP?
This could be a techie question: If I use a mobile broadband dongle (Vodafone) and roam, surfing using my laptop while I'm on holiday abroad, will I be allocated a UK ip address? My guess is yes as the APN (access point) settings are UK ones and they are fixed, but I really don't know... Thanks for any help.

Sky Broadband marketing snakes
