Letters from creditors after BR discharge
Hi everyone. I was declared BR in Jan 2009 and discharded early in Sept 09. However every quarter i still get letters from a few of my creditors stating the outstanding balance of my account. Is this normal. Thanks, Richard.

re BR and charging orders
Hi I am currently exploring my options (again) and wondered if any knows the answer to this. I have a charging order on my property, the property is in negative equity, what happens to the CO if I go BR? I have been in a DMP for just over 2 years and it is likely to last another 10 years. Hi All When does a default drop off, I know it's six years from the settlement date? What if you keep the account open and haven't settled the account, will having that default create problems even after the 6 years. Does that make sense?
