Hi There,

Can anyone please advise?

From late 2001 to early 2004 I had two personal loans and a business loan with Lloyds TSB, total of approx £25k. I also had two credit cards from Lloyds TSB and one from Capital One, total credit limit on those approx £5k.

I made payments on all of these until early 2004 when my business failed and I went bankrupt (or sequestered as its called here in Scotland)

My query is, am I still entitled to claim back the PPI on these?
