OR Interview - What now?
Hi all Had my OR interview (telephone) yesterday, lasted about 60-70 mins. Very nice lady who was polite and sympathetic throughout. I kept it as waffle free as possible (weakness of mine I'm afraid) and it seemed to go really well. From what I can tell she seemed satisfied with my SOA and all the answers I had given, one…

Interview with OR over!
I've just finished my chat with the OR. He was a very nice man and put me at ease. I didn't waffle at all and the chat only lasted 35 minutes. I'd put a lot of information in Section 13 of my form which helped to keep the chat shorter. He believes my car will be allowed and exempt, hopefully confirmation should come…

ED is it in certain areas?
It seems that we have had loads of early discharges lately (something I thought would be in short supply given the rise in people going br) I'm just wondering if it's just certain areas that are using it as a way of clearing their books or if it's across the whole country? Congratulations though to everyone who does get ed!

Data controller addresses (credit clean up)
Hi all, Should the address to send credit file 'clean up' letters be the same as those held on the ICO website? I do know that there is that excellent 'sticky' at the top of this forum but some of the addresses are different on the ICO site, and I imagine may have changed, presumably due to all the changes and bank mergers…
