How long until IPA is set-up

Cannot ping LAN machine
Ok I got two machines on network 1 hard wired and one wirless, can ping the router on both machines, the hardwired one can ping the wireless one, but the wireless one cant ping the hardwired one. My netmasks are ok, no firewalls etc, all dhcp enabled ect Any suggestions gratefully received?
