A brief search finds a site called Moneysavingexpert, which said this in September 2016:

And there are results on other websites from December 2013 and 20140 -
Most likely posted because the offer is coming to an en on 14th March 2017 and is saying hurry up if you want it.

I'm an Apple user but I don't see the advantage of the offer. To get the 0% APR deal the 12 months repayment period has to be chosen. But there are purchase credit cards offering 0% APR for longer, for example Tesco Bank 28 months.
