Dear Gods yes - we had a 'pregnant' chair. That it was in the IT team with a pack of full time wanna-be-alpha males was surely entirely coincidental.
Me, I worked in an office the other end of the motorway & still took several lengths of mat leave!

It's just confirmation bias in that people will notice when someone who sat in the chair got pregnant. They will ignore all the people who sat in the chair and did not get pregnant.0

We used to have one at work too and everyone was afraid to sit in italthough never heard of the weight loss chair, I will get to the back of the line for that one
