hi there

Am just looking for a bit of advice and reassurance.

Ive had a couple of letters from the above, and the latest one is now threatening legal action and charging me a futher £40 for the pleasure.

Am i right in just ignoring all correspondence which comes from these people?

Ive had a look around the site and i think the general course of action is to ignore but im just looking for reassurance.

Thanks
Leona

    IGNORE its all good.
I all have learnt is from others on many sites.
    Seek legal help if unsure.
Dont pay Private Parking tickets - they are mere invoices.

this thread is out of date as the advice changed to 'appeal' if in england/wales, over a year ago (2013 onwards)
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

thanks for that, i went and took some phots too , no sign at the entrance , no mention of monitoring on the retailers sign either.
also the signs in the car park are well above normal line of sight. and the best bit is one of the "clients" the claim to be working on behalf of is mfi which no longer exists

Yes, just ignore. As usual they are telling lies. They cannot "register a debt", as no credit agreement was signed by you.
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?
