Thanks MFD!! It will happen! If we weren't OPing we would still be in the 180's! Still cant believe it!
I have been thinking about goals, I love having goals! As we are hoping to remortgage I can't make a proper time frame, my goal will be to reach another 5% hopefully within the next year dependent on re-mortgage, and this year may have to start from new mortgage...Have been twiddling with the calculator and estimating lots so all feasable! Overall goal would be too reach another 10% LTV in two years, again attainability is possible but not guaranteed!

Thanks Cookie9!
Feeling a little less gross today, will be back in work tomorrow, feel bad for all the folks that have had to be cancelled because of me! Ah well hopefully taking the time off means I have healed up quicker!
Some goals around mortgage freedom:
1. Get some good walks in for the 13miler!
2. Get the bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen diner painted
3. Wallpaper the lounge, new furniture has arrived and the oak is so beautiful! We don't have many nice things as such, we still have lots of perfectly good second hand stuff but it is nice to start to replace it as we can afford it! Puppy is over three now and is only occasionally ripping up his bedding now so he can be trusted!!
4. Wallpaper our bedroom
5. Charity shop the bags of clothes
6. Charity shop or ask family if they want any furniture from the lounge we have replaced
7. Pay down the credit card almost up to the £3300 max! Never been this high before but on 0% for another year and can carry on tarting it!
Thats all I can think of for now!

Hello Jodles,
Firstly congratulations on being in the 170 club! That was fantastic to read. I'm so excited for you! I love goals too, especially when you see those goals getting ever closer! You've done great and saved yourself so much in interest already!
I hope you feel better soon. I've been fighting off a cold and chest infection an it's just not coming out properly or going either! It's good to take time off when you're poorly!
Great list too!

Thanks MT, your so lovely! I always say no one else wants the manflu/what ever illness so really I am doing them a favour! haha. Still feeling poorly, my left ear is all underwater soundy with a constant noise, have some decongestants from the pharmacist which I'm hoping will be helpful!
In other news hit the £40payout in Onepoll! Hurray! Second time since I started a couple of years ago!
No movement on the goals so far...
