Come on Fruitcake, you don't need to post this on EVERY thread.

Why not? How are we going to get WHICH involved if posters aren't made aware of it?

I disagree, I agree with FC.

Yes, that argument gets you nowhere. You are barking up the wrong tree.

    .

I disagree. If the camera show that the vehicle is in motion, how can it be evidence that it is parked?

WHICH were involved with Beavis and we all know how that ended up. They're about as much use as a chocolate fireguard.

Actually I think the Consumer's Association chap did a very good job.

I personally blame the Judges for a very skewed view and naive interpretation of the business model, and the fact they ignored persuasive case law from Spain (and Australia too I think) as well as UK Consumer Law - all in the bin so they could change the long-established penalty law.

For NO GOOD REASON whatsoever. Maybe they wanted to make a name for themselves.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

How can a still image show evidence of a vehicle in motion?
