    £16.61, we went through our money bottle picking out all the old £1s just in case we forget to cash them in time, swapped them for some silver at work so the bottles looking even fuller which is nice.

    £12.91, think I might be a few days behind though. Will stick some biggies in to make up the days when I have some spare money.

    Afternoon :)

    So I've checked off days 1-11 = 66p. I just marked up a spare calendar with the day order, so that it makes it easier to tick off payments. Want to try and pay some extra over the next few months and clear Dec back through to my birthday in November. Keep up the good work.

    Addendum: Just paid 31st Dec off = £3.65. Total adjusted below!!! :)
    DFD = August 2027 @ £250/month

    I had started doing this myself and would love to join in. I was planning on doing it in reverse order, thought it would be easier to afford the bigger amount in January. I get paid monthly so have already put my cash aside (£108.50) for January, and add a little bit extra when my OH leave it lying around.

    I like the idea of picking random amounts out so migh go with that approach next month? Will see how I manage as I go along.

    Hi Helen

    Any chance of been added the list on page 1? I'll feel like I belong then haha ;)

    So - added December 30th as well as today's to the pot. It's surprising how fast it all adds up!

    :)

    Think I am up to £49, am adding random amounts and ticking off rather than following the list. I am trying to add extra where I can to the point of doing two amounts per day as there is the possibility of a big holiday abroad late in the year which also involves a triathlon training camp and the £667 would pay for the flights and accommodation.

    I've added up the coinage from my box and I'm at £15.40 :)

    Like you Running Katie I have a holiday planned for the summer (silver wedding and my 50th) and this money will contribute to that. I'm also transferring weekly from my bank account to increase the funds - this is my favourite challenge :T

    Can I too also be added to the list please? :rotfl:

    Am ticking off amounts but not doing the amounts in order. So far after14 days, I have £5.98 in a pot. Surprising how a few pennies here and there soon mount up.
