Can someone please tell me how to Import Contacts to mail in Win 10?

Have MS added an "import contacts" function yet? If not, the act of adding an existing email account (eg gmail, hotmail) should automatically include the contacts that those accounts had.If you put your general location in your Profile, somebody here may be able to come and help you.0

No import is not there - I have the accounts already added but the long list of contacts not there - I have them saved on an external hard drive0 -

In the lower-left corner, select Contacts.
Select Import on the ribbon.
Select the file format that matches your exported contacts (.csv or .vcf).
