Hi there guys I just received a letter today from PCS parking collection services stating how I owe them £60. The pcn date of issue was 08/09/17 time 09:36 the reason for issue was parked within a restricted area. I'm about to appeal on they're website with the blue template, but would be amazed if I can get any help and has anyone had any dealings with this company? Do I need to be afraid? Shall I just pay it?
Your help would be appreciated

PCS is not a parking company , its another name for DRP and ZENITH
check the details to see who the ACTUAL ppc is0 -
Do I need to be afraid?
Errrm..no. What do you think there can possibly be, to be afraid of?Shall I just pay it?
LOL, no! Which parking firm please.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The company is called pcs parking collection services on behalf of cup enforcement
So who is the parking ticket from PCS or CUP
What do the signs say. ?
As said above, PCS is a trading name of DRP who are
simply "crazzie frog" debt collectors
Nothing to worry about with this shabby lot and do not pay
Highly possible you will start getting stupid letters from DRP
making all sorts wild claims and telling you lies
Just go ahead with your appeal. it will show you tried
It will be rejected BECAUSE that's what scammers do
Then put up with pathetic debt collector letters which of course
you will ignore as they are scammers trying to extort
money from you
If these goons attempt court by using one of their
incompetent solicitors. then come back here for all the
help you need
PS: Do not phone them and especially .... you are not the driver
They have trained baboons that even London Zoo would be ashamed of0 -

The company is called pcs parking collection services on behalf of cup enforcement
CUP Enforcement trading name of Close Unit Protection Ltd. Seem to be a one man band outfit providing doormen, security, protection, bodyguards etc. branching out into parking 'enforcement'. Probably ex clampers, you know the type
They are a BPA Approved Operator.
They will be using PCS aka DRP aka Zenith for their back office services.
I presume the letter from PCS will be a 'Notice to Keeper'.
You will have received a 'Notice to Driver' (ticket on the windscreen).0 -
I remember CUP, dead easy for a registered keeper to beat at POPLA, with the usual templates.
Is the PCS letter asking for £120?
Was there a windscreen PCN - when?
Was the PCS letter received at your house, within 14 days of the parking event?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Asking for 100
Theyre sating the warden was armed with a camera and yes received letter 5 days after0 -
You need to give us more details about the car park etc., without giving away or inferring who was driving.
Also if possible put up here a scan of the windscreen ticket and the NTK letter from PCS, with all identifying details (your name, address, VRM ) covered up.0 -
They don't have Traffic Wardens. These firms have high-turnover employees incentivised to take photos for money. Not 'Wardens'. CUP are not a big players; easy to beat at POPLA. I doubt they can even string a sentence together!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
