Good morning everyone :hello:
It's a very wet and windy Devon this morning so of course my hubby wants to make a salad for dinner tonight! I am grateful that he is taking over the cooking for the weekend though so I will eat it and enjoy it.
My meals today look like this:
b - boiled eggs and toast soldiers
l - not sure yet
d - salmon salad, baby potatoes
s - fruit and milk for teas
Lovely to see so many new faces here, it's such a good source of support and Knit Witch does a fantastic job keeping track of everyone. Hope you all have a great day and make good choices, take care xx0 -
Morning all, from a wet and windy island - sounds like most babies I have known.
We have 3 people having birthdays this week end so keeping to any sort of diet is fraught with difficulty.
Today's optimistic plan.
Br. Scrambled egg on toast.
Lunch: Chicken & Ham pie (a la Hairy Dieters), all sorts of odds and ends of veg. 1pear.
Rest of the day...who knows?I believe that friends are quiet angels

Hi everyone. Back yesterday from an enjoyable week away at centre parcs. Amazingly when I did my weigh in this morning I'd lost 0.8lb. Could hardly believe it but very happy.
Hope you all have a good weekend0 -
Hi, hope that it's okay to join in. I saw a photo of myself and thought that I resembled a monster so here I am!
Please can I aim for a 2kg loss for the weeks that are left in this challenge?
My main issues are snacking and portion sizes...
B - Shreddies + soya milk
L - Baked sweet potato with leftover sweetcorn chowder
D - Vegetable japanese curry & rice
Sn - Banananut bites (from a monthly snack box which I have now discontinued)
Dr - Water, NAS squash, black coffee, banana bread chai tea (from the snack box, I'm really going to miss that!)32 year old woman with a husband and 3 cats...

Lots of new folks..hello!:j
Today we had lunch in Italy with a large plate of crab pasta and an icecream and wine...yea! Today I am a lady that lunches!!
I also had a salad.
No meal this evening .
Tomorrow will be lamb curry at home....and hopefully not much else.
We had fog all day....no wind or rain...it was not very exciting on the water-no views.
Enjoy your evening everyone.0 -

Hello,
I am a trainee health psychologist conducting research into peoples preferences for weight loss. I am looking for anyone (whether they are losing weight or not) to complete my online survey. This could help inform the way weight loss services are delivered in the NHS. Any help much appreciated!
