    This time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.

    I thought I was going mad. I just went to a school barbecue, came back and all the buttons had gone funny on the forum. Reason was obviously that the old thread was locked. But I am sure I didn't see Sim's post about his day today but I saw Jo commenting it so yes - I am going mad. And I didn't even have any wine at the barbecue.

    Thanks for the shiney new thread Jo. An opportunity for everyone to have a fresh new start.

    I'm af again tonight but feel as if i'm cheating due to the meds I am taking but hey it doesn't reduce the effort involved. Last dose 9.00pm. My real challenge starts tomorrow. The bells as you call them are already ringing.

    Anyway. 15 please Shaggy and thats me hitting my September target. :j:j:j:T:T:T
