    January's payment finally cleared!

    NO 156 £1065/£13000 8.12% (I think lol)

I've started a list in a notepad of monthly totals just so I can make myself accountable if the temptation to use the cards rears it's head! I've also invested a lump sum of money into a very large food shop and have been batch/bulk cooking in an effort to bring my food bill back in line - hopefully freeing up a bit of money to either pay off the debt or make life a bit more comfortable in the meantime.

Another £10 off for #46 please Muppets.

Nearly the end of the month and I can't believe how much I paid off already, such a confidence boost. Amounts might seem small to some but being on low income I really feel a sense of achievement, thank you all.

£500 paid off onto the Barclaycard for me today - Number 129.

I should be able to get some more off the debts in the coming couple of weeks too as have overtime money coming my way.

Also have a lot of updates for the student loan total, but I am going to wait until the end of March when the yearly amount gets submitted to HMRC and give you one number for the year as opposed to every month sending something.

Plan of attack is the rest of the barclaycard, then the bank of scotland card, then the student loan as currently I am losing about £200 - £250 a month to that, and then the Virgin card will be last as that is new and 0% for 2 years.

Feeling positive again. I'm going to finally nail this debt this year.
