    Hello,

    I have had a problem today with my 6000 CD RDS EON Ford radio and I need a key code. The serial no. is M182516. Do you think it would be possible to get it?

    If not, then you will have to try the Main Dealer or one of the Professional Radio Decode Specialists.....but it will cost you !

    It might be cheaper to buy a replacement radio (off Ebay?) complete with code .

    i went to look at her radio yesterday for her because i might have the code for her, but she thought she had the code for it and tryed it loads of times and all it says now is, 'end' so im guessing she have locked the radio rolleyes.gif
    any1 know how 2 reset them if not a place that will be able to unlock it for her

    any help would be much appricated again

    Recently replaced the battery on my rover metro without thinking and now my radio is locked ..... don't suppose anyone might have a code

    The radio is the standard rover metro R652 and the serial number is RG652FR2330009

    Really don't want to pay more than the radio is worth on one of the unlocking sites so any help is much appriciated!

    One method of resetting a locked radio is to leave it SWITCHED ON ...UNDISTURBED for as long as it takes to reset automatically.
    (It could be up to 640 minutes as the time doubles after every wrong code)

    Sorry. this Serial Number is not in my PHILIPS database but if you email [EMAIL="restoredclassic@aol.com"]restoredclassic@aol.com[/EMAIL] then they may be able to help as they have a larger Philips database

    i guess the best way will be to take out the radio and connect it to a battery and leave it over night and hope it works

    its 5000rds

    and the serial number is M021689
