Wow thats a lot of points for a survey.... you lucky thing.

I find that points are added within about 24 hours. Normally near the end of the next day. Only once have i had to chase up points for a survey which they sorted out & added to my account within 15mins of them asking me for the survey number to check that i had completed.

Hopefully they'll add your points by tonight or at least by tomorrow.

i think you might have made a mistake on which site that survey was for because that amount of point would work out to around a £100 because you can cash in at 1000 points which is $50.
the amount of points that you have said sounds like it might be for Toluna they have reward points in amounts like that and 60000 is worth £10

Yes your right, I remember the exact same thing yesterday. It must have been a typing error, the survey wasn't long enough to pay that much. was it about cars? If so, I had the same one. I guess we'll soon see when they add the pointsicon7.gif

Yes I agree, it was definitely a long boring survey. I was gobsmacked when I saw how many points it was worth. How long does it take to show in your account? Let me know how you get on if you email themicon12.gif
  • I have had nothing but problems with them in the past two months. I'm not notified of surveys either by email or online often. I check the site several times per day and when surveys do show up, they're usually dated several days before.

I'm still not able to update my profile as requested. I've emailed and they replied they're having software glitches. That was over 4 weeks ago and it's still happening.

I also have tried to follow up on 4 surveys I completed that I didn't receive credit for. I got a form letter that said absolutely nothing about my enquiries.

I don't have that many points and I'm seriously considering just dropping them.

If anyone has a better way of contacting them than through the site, or actually got a real response, will you please share how you did it? Thanks in advance.

Me too. I used to love Global Test Market - up until AUtumn 2008 it was the best survey place by far. i used to make about £25 a month.

Since then - in my opinion - they have become a very dubious website.

Points are docked with no warning.

When you challenge them - you are told that they issued double points and are clawing them back. When you ask them to provide evidence of this they cant and then often say they will reissue the cheque.

But the problems keep coming. Twice they have inserted false address details on my profile. I know this is them - as it has happened to my friends who are also members. And its always been the same address details that they insert.

Before Xmas they inserted "Sutherland" and today I find they have inserted "Northamptonshire" and "Lytham St Annes". THis has happened on 3 peoples accounts that i know of.

So no cheques every arrive - I'm owed 4000 points and cheques from last August.

Please be aware and seriously consider whether or not you want to do any more surveys for these dubious bunch, and check the address details they have for you!

I also had the Northamptonshire and Lytham St Annes address when I checked my details this morning. I do believe they'll be getting a review from me at the survey police site.

    Thanks again.

I've also had Northamptonshire and Lytham St Annes inserted as well.

I've been waiting for my cheque since 15/01/09. I emailed them this week asking where it was and they're now re-issuing it and I have to wait a further 6-8 weeks.

I mentioned in my email about the changes to my address and whether they had done it but they didn't reply to that particular question.
