    Does that guy actually think anyone will believe his "it was completely unintentional" apology?


    So how was it unintentional exactly? They were making a facebook advert for their own money savings tips website and instead of using a picture of one of their own team, they did a google image search for "handsome chap who know about money" and just happened to come up with an image of the founder of their competitor who is well respected and instantly recognisable as a trusted source of advice?


    Pull the other one.
    (Although I could be wrong, I often am.)

    Martin is, quite rightly, very scathing of Facebook in the article.

    If Lewis wants to "send a message" then why isn't he suing them for use of his image rights?

    He must have known that the ASA would only order that they have to stop using the ad - which is no punishment at all as they'll keep all the money from consumers who've contacted them off the back of that ad already.

    I'm pretty sure I saw an ad last week or the week before with Martin on my Facebook feed, I'm not so sure they were withdrawn in May


    I'm sure it got the 'yeah, right, next' reaction from me.
