PPI claim aganist first national bank

I had a loan with First National Bank from 2001 - 2005. Can anyone help with an address for First National Bank please, I cant seem to find them anywhere and have no paperwork. Thanks.

I've had several ppi's with first national but my insurance cert comes from pinnacle insurance who would I claim off

I tried to get PPI back from GE Money for a loan l had with FNB. they said no. the loan l got was for a kitchen and all the paperwork was completed by a salesman. GE says this salesman wasnt a representative of FNB. Unless they are body swerving. Really not happy as it was, or can be, a sizeable sum.0

They are correct. They did not sell it to you and neither did any of their representatives. The Kitchen salesman sold it. You are complaining about the sale (not the product). So, you send your complaint to the kitchen company. As long as the sale was after Jan 2005 (the point of regulation) the kitchen company have to consider the complaint. If it was before Jan 2005, then they can and almost certainly will reject it as pre-regulation.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
