I like this website, but I'm not keen on the 'survey street' type things they funnel you into. You can get lost for hours in there, being bounced out of surveys and into other ones that you then get bounced out of again and again. I find that to take up a lot of time for usually no reward. However, the specific surveys you are invited to, tend not to screen you out in my experience. Building up to the payout level is quite quick. It's at $10 (about £6 last time I cashed out). They have a daily poll where you get points just for answering a question, too. Sometimes you get partway through a survey and then get screened out and they will sometimes give you partial reward anyway for the effort.

    2016: Jan £32 // Feb £19 // Mar £188
    2015: Dec £106
  • I completely agree about how annoying the 'survey funnel' is - today I must have spent around 20 minutes answering questions about my broadband only to be apparently screened out with no reward. So frustrating! Especially when you feel like you've answered the same questions over and over.

However if you have some free time, there are usually surveys available to be done and I reached the $10 payout within a couple of days (doing a few surveys each day). Doing a few each day can build up points quite fast, though it can take a couple of weeks for the points to be approved, so not exactly instant money.
  • Agree with both posters. I quite like the Peanut Lab picked up a few points in there. Hope I've got the right site......I'm easily confused these days:)

  • I joined MInt VIne after reading the best sites list on MSE. Yes there's lots of surveys and you do get so many opportunities plus can hit the payout level very quickly ( a few days for me ) however points can take up to two weeks to become payable and so far my payouts via PayPal have never been paid!!! So now I do Swagbucks and this is by far the best site with a good choice of ways to earn fast points and a great choice of rewards. I'm taking mine in $ gift cards for my daughters gap year and I am paid within a day. Am not returning to Mintvine, I'm wary of the site.

I've been screened out of every single survey since February 18th! I mean every single survey! I made $25 quite easily in my first few weeks after joining and have had nothing since! I emailed them, just in case there was something wrong with my profile, but just got a generic response re some people aren't right for certain surveys... but seriously, I've been screened out of at least 1000 consecutive surveys/Peanut Lab/Personaly and even the surveys that I get sent by email. All I'm getting now is 5 points from the Daily Poll

Have to agree about the Survey Funnel, to the point where if that's where the site is taking me I just click out. I pop on Mintvine as part of my daily routine but I don't seem to spend much time there.

I got an email welcoming me to Mintvine following successful validation. Thing is, I never applied or validated anything to do with them. Just to see, I tried to log in and the site said no such email address!
  • Hi l wonder if anyone can advise please.
I requested to redeem $10 into my PayPal back in 17th March. It's says say 3 working days to pay but mine is still showing pending. I have emailed them but no response. What's the typical wait time to pay into paypal please.
    Many thanks
    Peter
  • I don't know what the typical wait is but my last redeem took an age, Sorry can't be more helpful.

Last time mine took 8 days from request to deposit - cannot remember whether it was a weekend or a weekday that I did the request though.
