Hi, can anyone give me some advice - a month ago, the judge in my case advised Thomas Cook that they needed to provide evidence as to why they shouldn't pay me compensation following the Huzar rejected appeal. Thomas Cook wrote back this week saying that they want to put the claim on hold because of the KLM case. Now that a judge in Liverpool has rejected this, do I need to submit a default judgement to the court or will the court automatically respond to Thomas Cook's letter and say no?0

Proactive - send a copy of the recent Judgement to your court and ask them to request TC pay the requisite amount (plus interest/court fees) into your account by way of BACS within the next 14 days.0
