My partner ordered an underwater camera case from this site. They charged £9 for delivery and after five days the item did not arrive. I tried calling and got sick of listening to Michael Jackson for 30 mins at a time. I then wrote an email asking them to confirm the delivery date. I tried calling another three times and have sent another two emails and have had to response whatsoever despite writing that I wanted to cancel my order and that I was instructing my credit card company not to pay.
To quote their website direct "We respond to emails sent in business hours within three hours and usually twenty-four hours at weekends".
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!

I'm looking for a new Wacom tablet at the moment, Intuos4 is ebay price on there. I was Googling reviews for Elecosave and came found this post. I am glad you did! I won't get it from there now, so thanks. So so SO tired of being ripped off, and mislead

I think I am the most recent victim of this dodgy company
I placed my order 12 days ago, paid through Sage Pay who took the funds the same day and I have not had any contact with Cutprice Retail / Elecosave since.
I have rang them everyday, left answerphone messages & e-mailed. I am so tired of hearing Michael Jackson and being told I am number 1 in the queue then hanging on the phone upto 40 mins before having a total meltdown and leaving yet another answerphone message which is ignored
I don't know what to do? I have contacted Sage Pay who are only a intermediary and to be fair they have said they will attempt to contact Elecosave on my behalf but I really don't see what they can do.
I think I have lost my hard earned cash and my Daughter wont be getting a birthday present this year as I was stupid enough to order from a company online without checking reviews first. Lesson Learnt! :embarasse0 -
I bought through shoppingbank.com
Why not ring them as they provided me with a different telephone number.
Unfortunatly I no longer have the number. If you found my post helpful, please remember to press the THANKS button! --->0 -
Hi
Avoid Elecosave it is a scam, 3 hours on the phone to them, no pickup, emailed several times, no responce. Phoned the ST NICHOLAS SHOPPING CENTRE, ST NICHOLAS WAY, SUTTON, SURREY, SM1 1AX where their site say they have their premises, does not exist spoken to the head of security at the centre. Repported this to the Met Police because this company is registered by a Gregory Long, he has an address in london. If you buy from them the item will not turn up, your bank itemises the goods as cutprice fragrance, when i contacted them the owner said he had contacted the police and so should I. They are investigating!0 -
Greg you need to contact the admin before you post in a official capabity. This prevents any old tom !!!!!! and harry from doing so. They will verify who you are and then your post will be taken more seriosuly.
Until then other users please do not give any details out until confirmed0
