Abuse of the "Martin Lewis" brand

I put moneysavingexpert into my browser (IE) and it brought up a list of search results in MS Live search. At the top are 3 sponsered links shown below:
If you visit the site from this link in the footer there is the key word martin lewis. If you type in the address https://www.ClearDebtSolution.co.uk into your browser it doesn't have martin lewis in the footer.
Martin, are you aware of this site?
I've not idea if there is anything that can be done to stop this, but I thought it was a bit strange so I thought I would raise it on here.

There are also several just using the name Martin Lewis somewhere on the website as in the other thread which is enough to bring it up via Google if you search for Martin Lewis. Also brings up a lot of websites for reclaiming, also done by cold calling where they do in fact use Martin's name in the call. I won't name them and give them any more publicity here.0
