I found this, look under sponsored links, it has Martin Lewis name next to debtfree solutions. Surely this can't be right.

Is that allowed? I didn't type in Martin Lewis into the search Engine, I typed in Money Saving Expert.

My only concern is my father phoned me this morning and has recently got a computer and wanted to know about that chap I constantly go on about regarding saving money, I was in town at the time and told him to type in Money Saving Expert and thats when he called me back to ask "is his company name debtfree solutions?"."Wisdom doesn't automatically come with old age. What they will actually do is sell a high priced loan from their "sister" site...

I have actually reported the thread to the team and they may be able to get the name removed but the company could well say well we have a Martin Lewis working for us, although the fact they have it in small print, in lower case, at the bottom makes me suspect its there merely for search engines.0 -

Thanks edinburgh Lass, My father is getting on in years and its his first computer, so not very savvy, who else may make the same mistake, especially if they are in debt and need urgent help.
Please also note my earlier post, I typed in Money saving expert and not martin lewis and then I saw what my father had mentioned.

I'm guessing it will be one for the lawyers as you can read on the bottom of every page that "Martin Lewis" and "Money Saving Expert" are registered trademarks belonging to Martin.

My dad's recently got a laptop. So, next time my folks are down here, they'll get to use my broadband, and I'll put some sites (including this one) into their Favourites and Bookmarks lists.
And this will please Martin, I'll add them to receive the weekly email once they get a proper email address set up.0
