Samsung RP TV; need help

Hi guys,
I've been trying to get an engineer to fix my RP TV which now costs merely £650. Quotes are between £150-£200 only on the phone without having a look at the TV. Can anyone help me with finding a reasonable person in South London?

Just over 1 yr old and I don't have extended warranty.

Thanks. I'm posting 1st class recorded the bank statement, proof of delivery, fact sheet from dti and a letter requesting repairs today. Will post again if there are any problems or with the success.

just coming back from argos. they told me that i need to get a report from an engineer mentioning that the fault with my tv is a manufacturer defect. can anyone advice on my next move?
