            Hi and welcome
The best thing you can do is to put together a full list of your income and expenditure, see here
 http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=107280
Then contact one of the debt charities below
 http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/loans/debt-help-plan#help
and post your SOA on here so that people can help you work out a plan.
We need to know how much debt, to whom, whether it is secured and how you got in a mess in the first place. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0

Hi Carry, you do not say what you have done twice. Got into a mess or tried to sort it out. What ever it is DO NOT WORRY we are all in or have been , in the same boat. The easiest way to get out of a mess is to admit your in one in the first place so you have made the first step. Congratulations!!! and Welcome.Dirty Cash- DEBT BATTLER:mad:0

2 Years Ago We Got A Loan To Pay My Debt Off. Now Iam Going Down The Same Path I Owe About £7000. Fell Quite Suacidal0

It is reckoned that 85% of people who get a loan to pay off their debts run up more debt. Yes, of every 100 people taking out a consolidation loan, 85 run up more debt and most are in a worse state two years later.
So join the club; there are lots of other folk round here in the same situation. And a good number finding their way out.
You can talk to folk on here any time but it is a bit quiet at the moment. If you need help and there is no-one here ring CCCS, as their lines are open until 9pm, I think, or even later talk to the Samaritans if you are really upset.
It is now after 6pm, so you might want to talk to CCCS now rather than wait? It can take a bit of time to get through, so keep trying. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0

Hi Again Iam New To All This But I Really Need To Talk About My Debts If Anyone Out There Will Listen0

            Carry
I have to head off now as I am already late.
Whilst you wait for other DFWs to come on-line can you get on the phone to CCCS, 0800 138 1111If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0

Hi Carry, a lot of us have consolidated debts & run them up again, I really think you have to reach rock bottom to realise what a mess you are in. Then with the help of this site & people who have been there, you will sort it out.
You will need to post you statement of affairs ( income - outgoings, debts, aprs ect ) I think RAS has put the link in thier post ( sorry RAS, I don't know if you are a Male or Female !)
Most of all try not to get yourself too upset & worried, easier said than done, but it won't help you one bit.
Be positive, it will take time, but you will be able to sort itComping again - wins so far : 2 V festival tix, 2 NFL tix, 6 bottles of wine, personalised hand soap, Aussie miracle conditioner

Carry, please detail everything that you owe, Loans, Credit Cards, Overdrafts, Store Cards, EVERYTHING. YOU NEED TO DETAIL ABSOLUTELY EVRYTHING YOU CAN. Do not hide it. Drag it all out into the open. Once again EVRYTHING. This is as painful as it gets I know but it must be done. Everything you hide will not go away - it will more than likely cost you more and more money. I have been here - I hid it and it got way out of control. Its sound pretty grim now but once you know exactly what you owe we can go about finding ways of stopping the rot and paying off the debt.
Slowly but surely you WILL climb out of this. I have 2.5 years of a knackering loan left but it is getting smaller by the day!
There is so much that can be done to help from solid financial advice, the benefit of fellow debt owners experience and almost invaluable support. Money cannot buy that. Its all for free.
There are forums for both saving and earning money.
Start at the first step. Detail the debt and ALL OF IT.Dirty Cash- DEBT BATTLER:mad:0

It's only money hun. It certainly isn't worth taking your own life for.
If you are feeling really down then talk to the Samaritans immediately.
I promise you that your money problems are fixable. You might not be able to see any light at the end of the tunnel right now but we're all about to shine a big !!!!!! of a torch into your eyes and show you the way out! 0 0
