This is fantastic. I had been a member of CalorieKing for years, and I've really been slipping recently - my CK account expired, and I was thinking of joining again, but this it spot on (just as good!), for free! Mind you, CK was free when I joined, too. Not to be cynical.

Thanks. I have joined and it is much easier than trying to do it all myself. I have no excuse now not to lose weight and that is probably a good thing. (I think!)

This site looks just great.
For the last few days I have been counting calories for not only me but my daughter aswell. Bits of paper with our names on making sure I write everything down that enters our mouths, what a pain but now I cant wait to register us both and have an easier time with the healthy eating.

Just to let you know when I read the terms and conditions I found this

I have to say for a free site it looks really good. Also makes you wonder why everyone else has to charge you for helping you loose weight in a world where healthy eating is aimed at being a priority because we need to educate our children on the benefit of veg v MC Donald's(makes no sense).
We do eat healthy here but we also have the odd take away. However due to the increase in size over Christmas I joined weight watchers LAST night before this post but you know what they say every little helps
