  • I would wait another week or two - 21 days - they possibly wouldn't receive till the 4rd or 5th. Like most organisations - there's possibly only a cheque run every other week or so - so give them a little space. I know that OSPS are intergrating systems with CPW so may be a little longer.

Hope your right.Would be happier thou if they would be less vague when phoned. After all they haven't got the best of names. Can't understand why CPW took them over??

Maybe because they had such small assets the company was really cheap.

isn't it normally 21 working days?

friend did cashback in april and the turnaround was quite good. he said he got it within a month thus osps probably take upto 30 days or so processing and sending batches out?

now that osps part of cpw as mentioned before they are moving system and probably causing a little delay.

    thanks,

i think you shouldnt have a problem as its part of CPW now and they are usually quite good on their customer service. If worst comes to worst try writing a letter/email with photocopies all relevent paperwork and address it to the managing director. And if worst comes to worst then you can take them to the small claims court and they should settle once they get the summons.

After much hunting, here's the terms and conditions page at OSPS:
    https://www.onestopphoneshop.co.uk/freegift.php

"Each cashback will be made by cheque, within 45 days of submission, subject to the procedures and timescales being followed."

I imagine they're taking a long time about it in order that you don't have a "second chance" if you fail to meet their precise terms and conditions for your first claim.

I sent my first ever cashback to them on the 10th May, and phoned yesterday. The woman at CS told me she was also waiting for her cashback and they I would just have to wait a bit longer - but it all should go through eventually. I'll wait till the end of next week and see what happens.

Would be interesting to hear if anyone does receive cashback soon. Keep us all posted please!

i called yesterday as i sent mine 3 weeks ago.
i was told that my cheque had been raised (i think that was the word he used) and that they send the cheques out in batches so i should be getting it beg of next week.

the truth is it seems that every time i have called them up i get different answers to my questions (in particular regarding my referral money) i will just wait till next week.

last time i sent for cashback i got it within a week.

Would you like to amend that title? It's a little disconcerting to those who are awaiting cashback from OSPS. Perhaps "OSPS NOT paying cashback very quickly" would be more accurate?

I think the title is correct. They promise:

'Within 21 days you will receive a cheque for the cashback'

And they don't keep this promise. Why are you sure that this is just 'NOT ... very quickly'? Just because CS tell something? From my experience they lie lightly - just to shake of you.
