I've had to edit it half a dozen times - I keep thinking of other things tucked away! Most of these are things you don't need to replenish very often, thankfully. We grow what we can, and freeze it. I make all our Jam and some pickles & chutney. We are both keen cooks and that helps a lot.Official DFW Nerd No 096 - Proud to have dealt with my debt!0

One of my many previous jobs was working in contract catering.
I came to the conclusion, that you only needed to know two things.
1) How to get out of the !!!!
2) What to do with the left overs.
I have applied this many a year in cooking at home, and it has saved me a pretty penny.
Oh, and don't work in contract catering, it is a vicious game."Don't critisise what people look like, how they speak, where they are from, and what they are called. They cannot help it.
Do critisise what they say, and what they do, especially if what they say is different to what they do. They can help that"
