As far as I could make out it's swim/sauna/gym/workout class in any combination you want. I hope it's for men also or one of us will be embarassed!

I took a free offer from LA Fitness last year (free 6 week membership for teachers in the summer hols) & have been plagued by their e-newsletters ever since. Cannot seem to unsubscribe, although I follow the instructions for doing so every month!0
