Alternatively, order from The Phone Spot (another Carphone Warehouse company) and get £50 from Quidco. This space has been intentionally left blank0

I bought an O2 sim only deal from the phone spot recently through quidco, I have just found out that the £50 referral has been declined, has anyone else similar experiences??0

Thanks Rajinder - I may well do that one - can you advise if they allow you to port your number?

i think its less cashback or non if you jsut get a sim as they make basically nothing. like with virgin 6 month sime on e2save its only £7.50 so you will probably not get quidco on this. email quidco ask see what they sayQuidcoPaid;£989.08
Total Earnt:£1061.590 -

EagerLearner - not sure if the cashback via Quidco is the same as they seem to have reduced it for the Virgin Sim only offer to £7.50.
You're right that the Quidco offer ends tonite for the special birthday offer of £46.50.
Yes, there should not be any problems with you having to port the number onto your new sim.
I guess, you place an order as normal, receive the sim with a temporary number and then call O2 CS and give them the number you want to port into your new sim with the PAC code. Make sure you have these ready when u get the New O2 Sim and when u give O2 CS a Call.
Hope this helps!0 -

With O2 you have to give them the pac code at the time of order - I did this in March with the phone spot (£50 quidco is valitated to answer an earlier question).0 -
can the number not be ported any other time?
My contact ends on 18th May, so need a new deal, this seems okay but i was going to just ask t-mobile to make the phone PAYG (which they can do come the 18th May) and then suppose i can get pac code that day and do the order?
as cant get the pac code before the 12 months ends.
I'll use the phone spot as they are a subsid of CPW so i feel safer with them.0 -

the quidco terms state that they will pass on the money that is received form the retailer- as such I think if the retailer only pays £7.50 for example on a sim only deal then even if the £50 has been validated, I cannot imagine that quidco will honour this. In my opinion I cant imagine them offering anywhere nea5r £40-£50 for this no cost contract!Mark Hughes' blue and white army0 -

when you order from the phone spot, the order will come with e2save documentation (in fact everything is e2save) except the quidco is more with thephonespot as opposed to e2save.
Incidentally this is a good deal shame you cant call 08 numbers inclusively anymore.ummm...0
