Kate V Halifax, reclaiming years 1995-2000 charges. yeovil county court tomorrow

Options
Well - the bundle is done, the paperwork is in
I'm claiming back more than 6 years - some might say that's greedy but I'm keeping going until the court tells me No! which will happen tomorrow as the judge might rule in my favour - then again, they might not... who knows - I've done all I can and now I want to see what happens.
Wish me luck!

To date:
one claim:
Halifax years 1995 - 2006 £4600 claimed.
for years 2000 - 2006 - £2500 settled (inc £120 court fee refund)
for years 1995 - 2000 - £2319 to be discussed in court because of the statute of limitations etc TOMORROW!!!!!
First Direct - £1000 (85% of what I was claiming) settled and paid
Capital One (1) £204 - settled and paid
Capital One (2) £212 - disputed, settled and paid
Capital One (3) £890 - disputed and waiting for court date

    Good luck Kate.

You will need to be strong to stop the judge only looking at the SoLA aspect of the claim - he needs to look at the unlawful penalty charge issues in order to judge on the SoLA.

    Fingers crossed for you xxx

I'll be interested to hear how this goes. I wouldn't be suprised if you get an offer today though before close of business!

Hate to be negative, but I wouldn't be surprised if they don't turn up, you get a default judgment against them and then they claim that they have "never received the paperwork"...

    Hope you go ok!

LOL - doubt that morph as they have settled part of the claim with her already. I expect she is in for a good fight with them tomorrow, if they dont settle before hand.
