Anyone who has ordered and hasn't received their delivery yet AND HAS NO DELIVERY SLOT SHOWN will have had their order CANCELLED!!!
Tesco had a system failure and all wine orders made before today have been cancelled, or so they said when CS PHONED ME just now.
You have to re-order, but you will lose the 25% discount AND any discount/points code you applied unless you do this by 10PM TONIGHT!
To check if your order has failed, look at your order on Tesco.com - if there is NO DELIVERY SLOT showing, your order isn't going to be delivered!
To recover your points/discount code, you must FIRST cancel the original order before re-ordering, or your code won't work. The code is release as soon as you request the cancellation.

I cancelled my order on-line sunday & had the delivery turn up today. Sent it away with the driver.
Rang cs & they said computers went down Sunday & thats why it said pending cancellation on "my order" page on tesco.com.
Sounds like major problems for some people0 -
I've just checked my order online and it still says they are delivering on Saturdayso I guess mine looks like it is okay0

I ordered on Friday aft..just looked on my tesco account and the delivery slot I had arranged isn't showing so I assumed theyd cancelled mine 2..Ive cancelled it and now trying to re order but is the site having troubles or sommat cos its soooooo slow and now it won't even let me bloody reorder!!!! :mad:

OMG! the order has managed to go through...but looked on my account again and the delivery slot for this order isnt showing up either!!!

I'm due for delivery tomorrow. The slot is still showing but 3 of the 4 cases are shown as cancelled today!
Rang CS, complete waste of time, said I would have to speak to my local store to see if they still had my order details, if not I would have to reorder.
They transferred me- shop doesn't have a clue what I'm talking about and says no-one is in that department. I pressed and lady says she will see if she can find a manager to ring me back - still waiting.........
Absolutely disgraceful for a company that makes £2billion profit a year. Thts the last time they mess me about.0 -
Mine's showing as awaiting delivery. Still the two cases. Looks OK.

Further to my post above. Shop just rung me back. Nobody in the Tesco Direct bit and they can't access the system. Told me to ring back after 6.00am tomorrow; big help when the offer ends tominght.0

Wine Club.
Groceries (ie your local store's deliveries) offers have finished already for deliveries. Finish tonight for traditional shopping!
Instore earlier tonight getting my tea (bizarrely when CS phoned me!!), the shelves in the wine section were bare! Yellow offer labels still there but shelves pillaged and lots of customers rummaging for deals!British Ex-pat in British Columbia!0 -
