Kim and Aggie

watched this for the first time last night - what a brill telly show - i was in stitches when they were screaming at the bat, anyway their techniques for cleaning are fantastic and what a difference they made to that house.

Does anyone else use their methods and do they really work? I am familiar with most of the products that they use but not the way in which they used them.

Does anyone know if they do a book because i'd like to have it for xmas - if so where's the chepest place to find it?

Thank you.

yes they have done a book: "How clean is your house?: hundreds of handy tips to make your home sparkle" by Kim Woodburn and Aggie MacKenzie. ISBN: 0-141-01880-1. price on the back cover of this one is £7.99. you might be able to get it cheap from amazon, but the cheapest place is: the library, where i got this one from!

I love Kim & Aggie :D, and the state of some of those homes  I'd be utterly ashamed to have even half the filth, I use the lemon in the microwave tip to clean it

Slice half a lemon put it in a bowl of hot water and stick it in the micro for 10 mins, when it's finished you can just wipe away any mess and it leaves a lovely smell :j

I use a lot of K&As techniques, along with the all-important bottle of stardrops

the only cleaning products we have here are
    strardrops
stardrops diluted in a spray bottle
white vinegar diluted in spray bottle
    washing powder
    w-u-l
    microfibre cloths
    normal cloths
    scourers
    dusters
    a hoover
    bicarb
    soda crystals
    newspapers/salt/
    barkeepers freind & hob brite.

I did the lemon/grapefruit sliced in half dipped in salt to scour away limescaley deposits on bath/shwer screen/ tiles and it was brilliant

I dont buy any of those jif/ flash/ mr muscle any more, they give me a cracking headache now, i just wont use them.
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast
